Biography
Joseph McCarthy joined Wilbraham, Lawler & Buba as an Associate Attorney in 2023. He specializes in trial preparation, depositions and motion practice for toxic tort and premises liability matters.
Joseph received his B.A. in History from The College of Wooster in 2011, and his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2021.
Prior to joining WLB, he worked as a paralegal in a real estate law firm. Joseph also spent several years in Israel, where he served in the Israeli Army and attended Yeshiva Aish HaTorah in Jerusalem. Joseph and his wife are the proud parents of two daughters.
