Attorney Pittsburgh

Wilbraham, Lawler & Buba, P.C., a nationally known defense firm in the field of toxic tort litigation, is seeking a Pennsylvania licensed associate with one to five years of experience for its Pittsburgh-based office. Our firm specializes in defense of toxic torts, product liability, and general casualty insurance claims, and the position would entail case analysis, work with fact and expert witnesses, drafting dispositive motions, and depositions. Additional duties will include case and client management. We offer a casual, yet fast paced environment that is professional, friendly, flexible and sensitive to employees’ needs. Associate Attorney

Wilbraham, Lawler & Buba, a nationally known defense firm in the field of toxic tort litigation, is seeking an associate with three to five years of experience for its Wilmington office. We seek an associate with experience in asbestos litigation, handling depositions and court appearances, as well, excellent research, writing and analytical skills, with an emphasis on preparation of legal briefs and motions. A writing sample is required with submission of your resume. DE Bar is preferred. PA and/or NJ is a plus. Our firm specializes in defense of toxic torts, product liability, and general casualty insurance claims.
