Marc concentrates his practice in the litigation of complex commercial cases involving: real estate, land use, business torts, construction, contract disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes and employment matters. In addition, Marc represents individuals and businesses in the commercial lending industry in matters involving complex collection and foreclosure issues, and lender liability actions. Marc also represents debtors, creditors and trustees in litigation in bankruptcy proceedings.

As a result of Marc’s extensive commercial litigation experience, he has also developed a growing practice acting as outside general counsel to small and mid-sized businesses in the South Jersey and Philadelphia region, including: Union Transfer, Komfort & Kare, Viking Casual Furniture, Cottman Check Cashing, Jackson Medical, and Inspection Professionals

In addition, Marc represents a variety of clients in the defense of toxic tort injury claims.
