Biography

Keeley Scott is an associate at Wilbraham, Lawler & Buba’s Philadelphia office, where she focuses her practice on the defense of asbestos-related claims and toxic tort matters.

Before joining the firm, Keeley represented local and national clients in complex civil litigation matters, including mass tort and individual asbestos actions filed in Philadelphia as well as other surrounding counties in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She managed all phases of litigation, from case assessment and strategy to trial preparation and settlement negotiations. Keeley also defended a variety of general liability matters, including personal injury, premises liability, product liability, breach of contract, and insurance coverage disputes.

Keeley earned her B.A. from Lafayette College, where she double-majored in Government & Law and International Affairs, with a minor in Architectural Studies. She also served as Captain of the NCAA Division I Varsity Swim Team at Lafayette.

She went on to earn her J.D. from Widener University Delaware Law School in 2021. During law school, Keeley was a member of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law, Moot Court Honor Society, Moe Levine Mock Trial Team, and the Phi Alpha Delta Mock Trial Team. In her third year of law school, Keeley won first place in Widener's Hugh B. Pierce Trial Competition as part of Widener's Moe Levine Mock Trial Team. She also served as Secretary of the Student Bar Association and held leadership roles in the Phi Alpha Delta Fraternity as Vice Justice and Chapter Historian.

Keeley is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
