Biography

Heather presently focuses her practice on toxic torts where she defends employers, manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, bottlers, independent contractors and premises owners in asbestos, talc, and benzene cases.

Heather has extensive litigation experience and manages the defense of clients from case inception to trial. Heather prepares defenses strategically to achieve optimal results. In addition to her considerable deposition experience, Heather has successfully drafted motions for summary judgment and defended such motions through the appellate process.

Ms. Holmes attended the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she was the recipient of the Kenneth I. Tuchman Scholarship and was a board member on the Unemployment Compensation Project. She was an associate editor on the Journal of Business and Employment Law. While in law school, Ms. Holmes served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Glynnis Hill in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.
