KELLY M. SKINNER is a partner in the toxic tort group in the Philadelphia Office. Ms. Skinner also handles some commercial litigation, including personal injury and product liability work. She is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Illinois. Her representative clients include Fortune 500 companies and major insurance companies.
Ms. Skinner attended American University, graduating cum laude, where she majored in Communications, Law, Economics and Government. She was the recipient of the George Mason University Institute for Humane Studies Liberty and Society Scholarship. She earned her J.D. from DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, Illinois. Her studies emphasized International Trade Law, and she received the award for "Excellence in International Trade." Ms. Skinner was also a panelist on the Bar Examiners' Conference on Ethics. Ms. Skinner has been selected as a Rising Star attorney by Super Lawyers of Pennsylvania, 2006-2008.
Ms. Skinner is also an accomplished student of music. She studied under Martha Kasten, of the Lyric Opera of Chicago, at the DePaul University School of Music. She trained in classical voice in Italian, French, and German opera, and performed throughout Chicago.
