Mr. Mohr joined the firm in March 2007 as a full-time law clerk while attending law school. At the time, he was also a staff member of the Widener Environmental and Natural Resources Law Clinic, where he drafted briefs, attended hearings and seminars, and worked closely with attorneys on environmental issues affecting the tri-state area. Presently, he is involved in case management, motions practice, and trial preparation for products liability cases in New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. In addition, Mr. Mohr is also involved with the firm's workers compensation litigation practice and processes pleadings.
