Susan Regrut Mitchell worked for a small Pittsburgh-based firm while attending law school in the evening. After graduating from law school, she worked for two small firms in the Pittsburgh area where she researched case law and other legal issues. Ms. Mitchell joined Wilbraham, Lawler & Buba in January 2005 defending products liability cases and workers compensation claims.

Ms. Mitchell manages Wilbraham, Lawler & Buba’s West Virginia office. Her practice concentrates on products liability litigation with an emphasis on asbestos defense. She has experience defending products manufacturers at the trial court as well as appellate level.

Ms. Mitchell was elected a shareholder in the firm in 2012.
