Mr. Maginnis has practiced law for nineteen years. During this time, he has specialized in the defense of civil litigation matters. His experience at the Defense Bar runs the full gamut of personal injury cases. He has also defended or prosecuted property damage claims, commercial litigation claims as well as insurance fraud cases. Mr. Maginnis began his career as an associate with Bennett, Bricklin and Salzburg (1984-1988) and thereafter he was an associate with White and Williams (1988-1996) before joining Wilbraham, Lawler & Buba in 1996. Mr. Maginnis was elected a shareholder at Wilbraham, Lawler & Buba in 2000.
