Floyd W. Cotlar
Mr. Cotlar joined the firm in 2000. Since joining the firm, he has concentrated his practice on Workers' Compensation litigation and asbestos related litigation. He has extensive experience representing workers, employers and self-insured employers in Workers' Compensation litigation at all levels, from Administrative Proceedings before the Workers' Compensation judges through the appellate process in the Commonwealth Court. He also has considerable experience in litigating motor vehicle accident and slip-and-fall cases. He has experience in copyright issues working as in-house counsel for a local importer. He regularly participates as an Arbitrator in the Philadelphia Civil Arbitration Program.
