Summary of Experience
Ms. Watson has twenty years as a litigation attorney in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She served as sole defense counsel or lead defense counsel on thirty plus asbestos cases which were tried to verdict. Prior to admission in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, Ms. Watson had a non-litigation practice for approximately nine years with a firm in Oklahoma which represented major oil and gas corporations and independent oil and gas producers.
Selected Individual Accomplishments
 Because of an increasing number of serious cases in which plaintiffs claimed exposure to products onboard US Naval vessels while serving in the Navy or during an overhaul of a particular vessel, Ms. Watson worked closely with the client, other outside counsel, and expert witnesses to review historical naval documents and military records to provide either decrease possible exposure or provide a defense in these cases.
