Mr. Tate has been the firm since March 2002, when he was a law clerk during law school. Jim is primarily involved with products liability and toxic tort litigation case preparation. He has worked on numerous trial groups in Pennsylvania and has been directly involved with the case management of several clients. He has experience in all phases of trial preparation including the discovery process, drafting substantive pre-trial motions, trial submissions and appellate work.
