Summary of Experience
Mr. Kingsley joined Wilbraham, Lawler and Buba as an Associate in 2008. While in law school, he clerked for litigation firms in North Carolina and New York, and worked for the Detroit Prosecutor where he held felony preliminary exams and a complete bench trial. He now focuses his practice in toxic tort defense and is involved with pretrial litigation of product and premises liability cases filed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, and Delaware. He has also been handling cases for the firm's Workers' Compensation practice, representing employers and insurance carriers in various matters.

Mr. Kingsley comes from upstate New York, but upon settling in Philadelphia has become a traitor to his Yankee family and friends and is now a dedicated fan of the Eagles and Phillies. He enjoys boating, skiing, snowboarding, and traveling.
