Summary of Experience
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Holmgren served as a Legal Intern at the Rutgers University Civil Practice Clinic and Articles Editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law and Public Policy. While attending law school in the evenings, Mr. Holmgren worked full time as a law clerk for plaintiff and defense litigation firms in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware, where he managed cases, researched and drafted briefs and discovery, conducted client interviews, and corresponded with the court and co-counsel.
Selected Individual Accomplishments
Finalist, Honorable James Hunter III Memorial Advanced Moot Court Competition
Conducted extensive discovery, including depositions, prepared for mediations, and met with experts in a civil pro-bono case that eventually reached a successful settlement with the Rutgers Civil Practice Clinic.
