Mr. Hague joined the firm in 2000. He concentrates his practice in the area of toxic torts, and the defense of personal injury matters. The same employment case was argued before the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court on a procedural issue (Penn Piping). The Commonwealth Court provided a unanimous decision reversing the order dismissing the case.
