Mr. Hague joined the firm in 2000. He concentrates his practice in the area of toxic torts, and the defense of personal injury matters. Before joining the firm, he worked for the law offices of Richard G. John, where he specialized in family and estate practice, plaintiff's medical malpractice, employment law and civil litigation between 1995 and 2000. Between 1994 and 2000, he worked with Insurance and Investment Broker for M.J. Breach of Employment Contract for a university professor terminated in violation of the collective bargaining agreement. Case settled at the close of presentation of Plaintiff's case.
The same employment case was argued before the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court on a procedural issue (Penn Piping). The Commonwealth Court provided a unanimous decision reversing the order dismissing the case.
