Summary of Experience
Mr. Dutkovich began his legal career as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Peter O. Steege in the Beaver County Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas. Following this clerkship, he joined the firm where he has used the knowledge and experience gained from the clerkship to effectively represent his clients. His current practice involves toxic tort defense and insurance defense.
Selected Individual Accomplishments
 While in law school, developed "A Year in the Life," a program where current students were able to meet with practicing attorneys who served as mentors to the students. The goal of this program was to enable students to meet with experienced attorneys for the purpose of obtaining valuable insights into the practice of law during a crucial developmental stage in the student's future professional career.
Also while in law school, initiated the "John J. Sciullo Peer Excellency Award," which is given to a peer who earned the respect of the graduating class for leadership and/or personal successes.
