Selected Individual Accomplishments
 Part of a national trial team in a highly publicized mass trial of over 8,000 plaintiffs who filed claims for asbestos-related injuries in West Virginia where, after almost four weeks of trial, the court granted his client's directed verdict motion.
Part of the national trial team for the mass trial of over 1,200 plaintiffs claiming asbestos-related injuries in Newport News, Virginia.
Oversees the national litigation for some of the firm's clients, overseeing thousands of cases filed around the country.
